By accessing or using DoseCurve ("the Service"), operated by BlackGlass Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DoseCurve is a personal health tracking tool that allows users to log medication injections, weight, side effects, and view estimated pharmacokinetic data. The Service is for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
DoseCurve does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information displayed, including blood level curves, titration schedules, and community benchmarks, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment protocol.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DoseCurve, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor. Your credit card or payment statement may show charges from "BlackGlass Consulting LLC" or "BLACKGLASS CONSULTING" as the merchant of record.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DoseCurve. We do not sell your personal health data. Anonymized, aggregate data may be used to power community benchmark features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) impersonate another person; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; (e) scrape or harvest data from the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKGLASS CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PHARMACOKINETIC MODELS ARE ACCURATE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL PHYSIOLOGY.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
DoseCurve is a consumer wellness application. We are NOT a HIPAA-covered entity, and the Service is not intended to be used as a medical record system. Data you enter is self-reported personal health information stored at your direction. By using the Service, you consent to the storage and processing of your self-reported health data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules, with each party bearing their own costs. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action.
